Santiago and Patagonia
Discover one of the most elegant and vibrant cities in the Spanish speaking world, Santiago de Chile, a city surrounded by hundreds of miles of nature, wilderness and the mighty Andes Mountains. Move on to Torres del Paine National Park; located 2,500 kilometers south of Santiago, in the remote, icy land known as Patagonia. Mountain ranges, lakes, and rolling green hills make this place ideal for eco-tourism. Torres Del Paine actually is the name of the three sheer granite rocks, all of which could push the most avid climber to the limits. The park offers a variety of hiking trails, rafting, kayaking, glacier crossing, as well as some interesting animals to search for. If you want a South America adventure, you will want to include Torres Del Paine on your list of places to see.
