Toraille Falls was one of the easier waterfalls we were able to visit given that it was well signed with a pretty roomy car park for a change. After getting through the entrance hut and paying the entrance fee, we walked the short distance to the man-modified plunge pool made for a dip beneath the waterfall. There was also a small botanical garden on the property to kill more time walking around. I think the falls itself might be around 7 or 8m tall (though I recalled somewhere I had read it was said to be 10m, but that might be generous).
As you can see from the photo above, we showed up in the afternoon, and it didn't seem like a very good time to visit the falls given all the shadows. Perhaps midday might be best where shadows would be at a minimum.
Directions: To get here from Soufriere, take the Sir Arthur Lewis St (the same one that leads to the Diamond Botannical Garden turnoff as well as Fond St Jacques and the Edmund Forest Reserve) until you see the car park and signage for this attraction near the bridge on the left.
