Kirkjufellsfoss
 Kirkjufellsfoss is a short but very well situated waterfall near the distinctive Kirkjufell mountain on the north side of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula along route 54. This one is easy to see and get close to. Upon our visit, it was morning and we had nice reflections of both the falls and the mountains behind it. We would've chilled out longer and gotten closer to the falls, but we had to catch a ferry to the Westfjords at Stykkisholmur that morning. [Back to top]  Reflections at the falls
