Named after a former Milford Track Guide Bill Anderson, the Anderson Cascades are a series of attractive waterfalls and cascades on the Roaring Burn as you make your way down from Mackinnon Pass. Since it flows on the Roaring Burn, these falls have also been called the Roaring Burn Cascades.
As it follows the cascades into Arthur Valley, the Milford Track has a series of steps to alleviate some of the downhill walking. However, these steps can be very slippery so do take your time and use the handrails.
