Christie Falls is the waterfall tumbling before a narrow single-lane bridge on the Milford Sound Highway. Sometimes this waterfall is referred to as Falls Creek Falls because the bridge before it is labeled Falls Creek.
Regardless of nomenclature, this waterfall is noticeable enough to warrant the attention of tour bus drivers who often stop on the bridge so their passengers can take photos of it.
