Grinddalsfossen is a tall cascading waterfall that we were able to see both from the Geirangerfjorden cruise as well as from a hike to Storsæterfossen (or Storseterfossen). But given its length, it was really only a waterfall in which we could only see bits and pieces of it. So we weren't able to get a completely satisfying all-inclusive view of the falls, and perhaps the closest we got to such a view was from the cruise well before we returned to Geiranger. To my knowledge, I don't think there's a way to get closer to this falls, but then again considering the nature of this cascade, it's not one where you'd want to get close to it. Directions: To see the waterfall from the fjord, see our Seven Sisters page. To see the waterfall from a trail, see our Storsæterfossen page.
