Other Hjølmodalen Waterfalls

Looking up at the Berastøldafossen cascade with narrow road in front





There are other Hjølmodalen Waterfalls besides Vedalsfossen and Valursfossen. With snow from the Hardanger Plateau and steep vertical walls framing the valley, this fact shouldn't be so surprising. However, if you're driving, chances are you're more worried about staying on the road than rubbernecking.

Below are the photos of some other waterfalls my wife and I have taken here.

Directions: This waterfalls on this page span Hjølmodalen, which can be reached from a turnoff leaving Rv7 in Øvre Eidfjord (Upper Eidfjord) about 7km south of Eidfjord.
