Sandsfossen
Sandsfossen is a very tiny but wide river waterfall known more for its Salmon Studio than its scenic qualities. River waterfalls like this tend to be great angling spots for sports fishers wanting to catch salmon or other fresh water fish. Look for this signed waterfall just outside the town of Sand (in the Suldal municipality) near a residential area. The township of Sand was merely a stopover for us as we made our way from the Ryfylke region to Sauda and ultimately Odda.
