Simadalsfjorden and Simadalen Waterfalls

Ephemeral waterfalls tumbling around where Rembedalsfossen is supposed to be

The Simadal Fjord and the Sima Valley are east of the scenic township of Eidfjord. You'll find plenty of ephemeral waterfalls tumbling down the towering cliffs lining these areas.

Though the most notable of the waterfalls here is Skykkjedalsfossen, I've taken photos of a bunch of other falls you're likely to see upon a visit here.

Although I haven't done this myself, there is a worthy cliff-hugging farm to visit called Kjeåsen in Simadalen. It may not be waterfall-related, but it definitely gives you a birds-eye view of the area.
