Strandfossen is a tall waterfall that we noticed during our excursion into Eikesdalen. I believe this waterfall is regulated (due to all the power lines we saw around it), but it was flowing fine when we were there in July 2005. Directions: We saw this waterfall from the northeast end of the Eresfjord township at the foot of Eikesdalen (the Eikesdal Valley) by the Rv660. For more specific directions, see our Mardalsfossen page.
