Strupenfossen (or just Strupen) is believed to be one of the tallest waterfalls in Norway. From Myklebust Valley (Myklebustdalen), you could see at least three distinct tiers as its waters travel from the melting glacial ice of Jostedalsbreen (the Jostedal Glacier) into the base of the valley. To be honest, this waterfall may be believed to be one of Norway's tallest, but it sure didn't look like it.
You can find this waterfall as you drive east of Byrkjelo into Myklebustdalen. You'll start to see it as you go past the gorgeous Sanddalsvatnet and look up the west-facing wall.
