Vermafossen

Vermafossen

Vermafossen is one of the more unique waterfalls in Romsdal Valley (Romsdalen). With its giant pitchfork shape, it's easily identifiable as you motor down the E136. Look for this giant between
Slettafossen and Døntefossen.

I'd have to say this one is probably my favorite of the Romsdal Waterfalls that we have seen simply because of its sheer magnitude combined with its unusual shape.

Also, if you're taking the Rauma Railway (Raumabanen) instead of self-driving, I believe the trail slows down or stops for this waterfall.

Tell us about your experience with this waterfall.
