Vereni Falls

Looking down at Vereni Falls

Vereni Falls is a tall waterfall downstream from the larger Savu-i-One Waterfall in Koroyanitu National Park near Abaca Village. Unfortunately with this waterfall, you only get to look down at the waterfall from its top upon a rickety wooden platform. I don't think there is a safe way to get towards the base of the falls.

The spur trail to this waterfall is about a 5-minute walk from the large clearing where the Savu-i-One Waterfall Trail begins. It's actually quite close to where the other side of the loop begins or ends (supposing you manage to find it after hiking extensively in the creek).

Tell us about your experience with this waterfall.
