Moose Falls is a small 30ft waterfall on Crawfish Creek near the Southern Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
Apparently, this waterfall is popular for swimming as I saw a fairly large group of people swimming at the base of the waterfall. And I've also read that this can be a pretty waterfall to photograph when it's in lower flow towards the late Summer or Autumn (of course that wasn't the case when we were there in late June).

Directions: Look for the car park about 1.5 miles north of the South Entrance near the bridge over Crawfish Creek. There are no signs indicating there's a waterfall here (at least when I was there) so keep an eye out for the Crawfish Creek sign at the bridge.
