Shoshone Falls 2006
Shoshone Falls on the Snake River near Twin Falls, Idaho is truly spectacular during the mid-April to mid-May high season. The river plunges 212 feet to the base and spans a 900 foot rim.

I went there with my brother and sister in law back in 1984. It was an interesting hike in, part of the trail had been knocked out by a boulder from above.

If you are thinking of taking your own vehicle to the waterfalls - forget it! Even if it is a 4x4 you are no longer allowed access to the campsite -
