This waterfall was seen looking east from the highway north of Ft. Defiance during a rainstorm with the roadway temporarily closed for a few minutes as the arroyo was flooding. The location is on tribal land of the Dine. That area covers more than the size of the State of Pennsylvania; the waterfall was seen and photographed from public roadway with telephoto view. The exact location may be only privately accessible and since the falls are ephemeral, the chance of seeing it is very slim except during or for a short while after a rainstorm.
