It’s not even close

This post was in response to Niagara Falls: Which Side is Better?

I’ve been to both sides of the falls and the Canadian side is so far superior that it’s not even funny. Firstly, you DO NOT have to pay to get an excellent view of the of all 3 falls. Secondly, you cannot get a good view of the mammoth horseshoe falls from the American side, moreover, you actually get a much better view of Bridal Veil Falls as well as American Falls from the Canadian side but it’s really all about Horseshoe falls which dwarfs the other two combined. Finally I would add that the New York side is unfortunately a crime-ridden dump and looks like a slum, whereas the Canadian town of Niagara has no crime to speak of and is beautiful and clean. This article in my opinion is misleading with a heavy bias for the US side. Use Google image and google maps, Take a look on google maps, it’s not even close, the Canadian side is very busy for good reason.
