The World of Waterfalls has been to this waterfall, which you can read about here.

Lee Vining Creek Falls are a short drive below Ellery Lake Falls on the TIoga Pass Canyon Road. The falls can be viewed at a pull off. There is no hiking trail to the falls when I visited the area several years ago.
