These pair of falls are reached from Mineral Campground by crossing Clear Creek and going upstream from its confluence with South Fork Mineral Creek. The shorter route is from the campground. The longer route is from the parking area east of the campground. The longer route is by going up the road and across the creek and taking the trail downstream to the falls. There is a half day hike from the parking area to Ice Lake that is worthwhile on this trip. If you hike upstream from these falls on South Fork Mineral Creek there are more waterfalls in a short distance.
