The World of Waterfalls has been to this waterfall, which you can read about here.

These pair of falls are between the Lower Falls South Fork Mineral Creek and the Upper Falls South Fork Mineral Creek. The trail to the Lower Falls continues on up to these falls which are smaller in size than the Lower Falls.
