I am going through something rather similar: MasterRental and Thrifty again.
MasterRental has held up to their end of the bargain but Thrifty is practicing fraud in my opinion.
I had the car for 24 hours in the Orlando, FL area. They noticed a scratch on the plastic bumper that is a small, barely noticeable (I’m happy to send the digital pictures they took of the scratch) on the plastic bumper.
It really is fraudulent and I resent getting calls from Thrifty that are rude and just like a notice from a bill payer with their threats.
I will never rent from them again, but I have been warned that the rental agreements have you assuming a lot (including the entire price of the car for any damage whatsoever)!
