Hi
One of my favourite photo places.
Yes these falls can be a drizzle when we haven’t had rain, I recommend viewing a day or two after good rain, then you’ll get to see it at its glory.
Plus to reach the bottom it is a hike, not at all an easy walk for elderly, little toddlers, people that don’t deal with steps. Because it’s basically all steps.
My suggestion would be, go all the way to the bottom fall, then work your way halfway falls, rest then make your way to the top and enjoy the picnic area.
There is a fee ($7 last time I was there) as it is a national park. If you don’t make payment in one of the payment boxes in the car park, you can receive an on the spot fine. Plus this money goes towards these beautiful sites we all can enjoy.
Hope this helps and pls take your rubbish with you when visiting any possible binless areas, so we can all enjoy the beauty.
