This series of cascades is along Cunningham Creek south of Howardsville on the east side of the creek. It descends from Green Mountain. On the opposite side of the creek is a series of cascades descending from Silver Lake. Howardsville is a mining ghost town east of Silverton. Further south up Cunningham Creek is Mountaineer Falls and the trailhead to Highland Mary Lakes.

    About Philipp Merillat

Painting landscapes is a vocation for me and waterfalls are one of my favorite subjects. On my website are posted 3D images of many of the waterfalls in the western U.S. that I've visited and some I've painted.
